Ingredients
- 1 C all purpose flour
- 1 C whole wheat flour
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 C skim milk
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 med apple peeled, cored, chopped
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
- Combine flours, sugar, baking powder, salt
- Combine egg whites, egg, milk, oil and add to dry ingredients just unti; moistened; fold in apples and nuts
- Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle coated with spray, tuning when bubbles form on top; serve with syrup
