Meatloaf (Denise Simanca's)

Ingredients

• Pound meatloaf
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 egg
• Optional: 8 oz diced tomatoes with the juice)
• Also follow directions for stove top cornbread stuffing and add that to the meatloaf mixture

Preparation

Step 1

Layer meatloaf, Velveeta cheese and then meatloaf

Topping: 1/3 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon mustard
1 hour at 350⁰
