Killer Cupcakes

Ingredients

• Cupcakes:
• 4 oz. semisweet chocolate
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 sticks butter
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 c. flour
• Filling:
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• dash salt
• 3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Fill cupcake tins with liners. Melt chocolate, vanilla and butter. Beat eggs til thick and add to sugar. Beat in the flour. Fold in the butter-chocolate mixture. Spoon into the liners, filling 2/3 full.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt til just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop a rounded spoonful of filling onto the top of each cupcake. Bake for 3o minutes.
