Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 C fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 C chopped fresh sage leaves
- 1 Tbl chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried, crushed
- 2-3 garlic closes, minced
- 1 tsp black peppercorns, cracked
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Chicken:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 6 lemon slices, cut in half
- Fresh sage leaves

Step 1
In large resealable bag, combine marinade ingredients.
Lightly flatten chicken to 1/4-inch thickness, then add to marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade. Grill 6-7 minutes per side. Garnish with lemon slices and sage leaves.
