Ingredients
- 2 C. chopped cooked chicken
- 2 C. (8 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese blend, divided
- 1 can (3.25 oz) pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1/2 C. thinly sliced green onions with tops
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 2 T. Barbecue Seasoning Mix
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine chicken, 1 ¾ C. of the cheese, olives, green onions, chili sauce, seasoning mix and garlic; mix well.
2. Scoop filling evenly over desired shape; finish shape as directed. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or golden brown.
