Ingredients
- ● 2 lbs. flank or skirt steak
- ● Olive oil
- ● Salt and pepper
- ● 4 cloves garlic; minced
- ● 1 jalapeño; seeded and minced
- ● 1 tsp cumin
- ● 1 handful cilantro; chopped
- ● 2 limes; juiced
- ● 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- ● 1/2 tsp sugar
- ● 1/2 olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Lay the steak in a large bowl. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steak.
2. Let marinate for 1-4 hours
3. Preheat grill and brush the grates with a little oil to prevent sticking.
4. Grill the steak for a few minutes only on each side until medium.
5. Remove the steak from the grill and place on a cutting board
6. Thinly slice the steak across the grain on a diagonal
7. Serve with warm tortillas
