Chocolate Pudding Cake (Slowcooker)

Ingredients

• 1 Chocolate cake mix
• 3.9 oz pkg chocolate instant pudding
• 2 cups sour cream
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup water
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, water and oil in mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips.
2. Pour into greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 h ours, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out with moist crumbs.
3. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
