Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
- 2 Tb. olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 2 Tb. brown sugar
- 2 Tb. Worchestershire
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tb. cornstarch
- 1 pkg. egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil and saute steak strips until browned. Add onion and garlic and saute 3-5 minutes. Stir in the 1/2 c. water and all other ingredients except cornstarch
