Saw this recipe in Paula Dean

Ingredients

• topping:
• 1 med onion, minced
• 2 lb. ground beef
• 3 Tbs. ketchup
• salt
• pepper
• 2 eggs
• 1 piece white bread
• ???
• parsley
• garlic
• green bell pepper
• sundried tomato
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 Tsp. brown sugar
• 1 Tbs. dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients together, other than topping. bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. spread topping over meatloaf. bake for another 30 minutes.
