Ingredients
- 1 LB boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 TBL canola oil
- 2 cans (14-1/2oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 C frozen corn
- 1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz) chicken broth
- 1 can (4oz) chopped green chillies
- 2 TBL chilli powder
- 1 TBL grd. cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation
Step 1
i sm. skillet, brown chicken in oil
transfer to 5-qt slow cooker
stir in remaining ingredients
cover & cook on low for 5-6 hrs or until chicken is no longer pink
