Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive pil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 11/2 pounds of raw shrimp with tails, deveined
  • 4 12 inch wood or metal skewers

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together first 7 ingredients in a bowl or zip-top bag; add shrimp. Cover or seal and chill for 30 min. Soak skewers 30 min.

Heat grill to 400°

Thread shrimp on skewers so the touch each other. Grill 2 min on each side or until they turn pink.

Boil reserved marinade for 5 min.Drizzle over shrimp.
