Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (16oz) ziti or sm. tube pasta
  • 2 cartons (10oz each) refrigerated alfredo sauce
  • 1 C (8oz) sour cream
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 carton (15oz) ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/4 C grated romano cheese
  • 1/4 C minced fresh parsley
  • 1-3/4 C shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

cook pasta]
drain & return to pan
stir in alfredo sauce & sour cream
spoon 1/2 into lightly greased 3-qt baking dish

combine eggs, ricotta cheese, 1/4 C parmesan, romano & parsley
spread over pasta
top w/ remaining pasta mixture
sprinkle w/ mozzarella & remaining parmesan

cover
bake @ 350, 25 min
uncover
bake 5-10 min longer or until bubbly
