Ingredients
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. almonds, (or pecans)
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 Tb. lemon juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips

Preparation
Step 1
Combine chicken, celery, nuts and eggs. Combine salt, lemon juice, onion and mayo. With a fork, toss the two mixtures together and place in a greased casserole dish. top with grated cheese, then potato chips. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
