  • 3/4 ounce very cold whole milk
  • 1 1/2 ounces gold rum, such as Mount Gay Eclipse
  • 1 teaspoon Lactart (optional)
  • Seltzer

Step 1

Add syrup of choice to a 10-ounce fountain-style glass. Add milk. Add rum and 1 Lactart. Fill glass with seltzer, stirring quickly with a bar spoon until frothy. Serve.
