Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce Fox’s U-Bet Chocolate Syrup, Strawberry Syrup or Vanilla Syrup
- 3/4 ounce very cold whole milk
- 1 1/2 ounces gold rum, such as Mount Gay Eclipse
- 1 teaspoon Lactart (optional)
- Seltzer

Preparation
Step 1
Add syrup of choice to a 10-ounce fountain-style glass. Add milk. Add rum and 1 Lactart. Fill glass with seltzer, stirring quickly with a bar spoon until frothy. Serve.
