Ingredients
- ● 3 cups flour
- ● 1 tsp baking soda
- ● 1/2 tsp baking powder
- ● 1 tsp cinnamon
- ● 1 cup butter; softened
- ● 1 cup sugar
- ● 1/2 tsp salt
- ● 10 pkgs (.74 oz. each) apple cider drink mix
- ● 2 eggs
- ● 1 tsp vanilla
- ● 14 oz. pkg caramel squares

Preparation
Step 1
1. In small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, with your mixer, cream together butter, sugar, salt, and all 10 pkgs of apple cider drink mix until light and fluffy
3. beat in eggs one at a time
4. add vanilla and mix well
5. Gradually add flour mixture into the butter/egg mixture.
6. Refrigerate dough for about an hour
7. Preheat oven to 350*F and line cookie sheets w/ parchment paper
8. Scoop out balls of dough (about the size of a walnut)
9. Flatten the ball of dough in the palm of your hand, and in the middle place a caramel in the center. Seal the dough around it covering completely.
10. Place balls on cooking sheet 2 inches apart and cook for 12 minutes.
