Ingredients

  • 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 dried ancho chile peppers, soaked for 30 mins, drained (reserve 1/2 c of soaking liquid), seeded and chopped
  • 2 T onion flakes
  • 1 T dried oregano
  • 1/2 c bourbon
  • 1 T Woozy sauce
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T white wine vinegar
  • 2 T chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c chile soaking liquid

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Marinade steak for 2 hrs at room temperature or up to 12 hrs refrigerated.
