Ingredients
- 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 dried ancho chile peppers, soaked for 30 mins, drained (reserve 1/2 c of soaking liquid), seeded and chopped
- 2 T onion flakes
- 1 T dried oregano
- 1/2 c bourbon
- 1 T Woozy sauce
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 2 T chopped garlic
- 1/2 c chile soaking liquid

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Marinade steak for 2 hrs at room temperature or up to 12 hrs refrigerated.
