Honey Popcorn and Cashews

Ingredients
- 3 qts. popped popcorn
- 1 1/2 c. cashews
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Toss together popped corn and nuts in a large roaster pan; keep warm in a 250 degree oven. In a heavy 1 1/2 qt. saucepan, combine sugar, honey and corn syrup. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Immediately pour over popcorn mixture, stirring to coat thoroughly. Spread on foil to cool. Break into bite-size pieces.
