Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. sugar
• 6 egg yolks
• 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
• 4 cans water
• 6 egg whites, stiffly beaten
• 2 Tb. vanilla
• 2 pkg. frozen fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg yolks and sugar--add milk and water and cook to boiling point or until mixture coats spoon. Stir constantly while on stove. Let cool, then add egg whites, vanilla and fruit. Will fill one gallon.
