Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon, finely chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup diced garlic sausage
- 1 cup pepperoni
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup pasta sauce (or pizza sauce)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 large tomatoes, diced and drained
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon over medium-high heat until almost crisp. Drain off fat. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, ham, sausage, pepperoni, oregano, basil, salt and pepper; cook over medium heat, stirring until onion is softened. Transfer to bowl and let cool. Add pasta sauce, tomato paste, tomatoes and cheeses; mix well. Top buns with mixture and broil. Can be frozen
