1/4 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons Fox’s U-Bet Chocolate Syrup, Strawberry Syrup or Vanilla Syrup
Seltzer

Step 1

Place condensed milk, whole milk and syrup flavor of choice in a cold 12-ounce fountain-style glass. Fill glass with seltzer, stirring quickly with a bar spoon until frothy. Serve.
