Flourless Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 1/4 cup sugar, divided
• 1 large egg
• Hershey Kisses

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Put ¼ cup sugar in a small bowl & set aside. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter, remaining sugar, & egg until well combined. Using a level tablespoon, scoop cookie dough & form into balls. Roll cookie dough balls into sugar & place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, until the edges are barely golden brown. While cookies are baking, unwrap Kisses. When cookies are done, remove from the oven & place a Kiss on top of each cookie, pressing slightly. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Makes about 28 cookies.
