Ingredients

  • 1 double pie crust
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 apples, sliced or 1 peach
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put bottom crust in pie pan. In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in berries, apples and lemon juice. Gently toss berries until coated. Transfer mixture to pie pan. Place to crust on filling and fold edges under bottom crust. Prick with fork or cut slits for steam vents. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until top is golden, and filling is bubbling. Cool on wire rack.
