pound 4-8% fat ground beef
cans diced tomatoes, drained
jar spaghetti sauce
c reduced fat mozzerela shredded
frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed dry)
Brown meat and drain fat. Add basil, salt, tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Simmer uncovered for 10 mins, stiriing occasionally. Cook noodles in large amt of boiling water. Drain. Blend spinach, eggs,ricotta, salt and pepper in food processor until well blended. In 13x9 layer noodles, spinach mixture, then sauce and mozz. Repeat all the way to the top. Bake at 375 for 30 mins.
