Costco Chicken Alfredo and Penne Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 jar of your favorite alfredo sauce (2 if you buy the smaller size)
• 1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
• 1 box of penne pasta (cooked)
• 4 cups mozzarella cheese
• parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top

Preparation

Step 1

With the chicken and pasta already cooked all you have to do is mix them together with the alfredo sauce. We had those disposable tin pans (almost like ones you get when you ask for your food to go). You can get them at the Dollar Tree. We used 4. Divide the mixture between the 4 containers (or make one large 9x13 pan). Sprinkle top with both cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
