Ingredients
- 10 oz crab-meat
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- Pinch paprika
- 4 slices deli-style light rye bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, stir together crab-meat, celery, green onion, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pepper and paprika. Divide over bread, spreading to edges
Top each with 2 tbsp of the cheese. Broil until cheese is bubbly and golden, about 3 minutes.
