Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cup flour

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and put in fridge to stay cold.

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Heat oil in each tin until smoking hot.
Add the Yorkshire mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes and then turn the oven down to 350 degrees.
Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
When the Yorkshire are golden brown, open the oven a bit and cook a little longer.
