Ingredients
- Streusel Topping:
- 2 packages cornbread muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 3 tablespoons softened butter or margarine
- 3/4 !cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix corn muffin mixes, eggs, milk, and flour in a medium bowl for 30-60 seconds, using an electric mixer.
Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
In a small mixing bowl, using a pastry blender or fork, combine streusel ingredients until mixed into fine crumbs. Spoon over cornbread mixture.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick into the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
