White Chocolate-Berry Pops

Ingredients
- 1 4-serving-size package instant sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 5 - 8 drops blue or red food coloring (optional)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, chopped strawberries, or whole raspberries
- 8 (3 oz) paper or plastic drink cups or pop molds
- 8 wooden sticks

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions using the 2 cups milk. For blue pops, add 5 to 8 drops blue food coloring. For pink pops, add 5 to 8 drops red food coloring. Whisk until combined.
2. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes; stir in berries.
3. Pour or spoon mixture into the paper or plastic drink cups or frozen pop molds. Cover cups with foil; cut a slit in the foil and insert wooden sticks (or cover pop molds according to manufacturer's directions. Freeze 4 hours or overnight. To serve, remove foil and tear paper cups away or remove pops from plastic cups or molds.
