Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
- 1 yellow onion, finely diced
- 8 oz. button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup beef stock or broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
1) Heat butter and oil on high heat until melted and sizzling.
2) Place steak and onion in the cooker, and cook steak until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3) Add mushrooms, beef stock, lemon juice, garlic, allspice, and pepper and securely lock the pressure cooker lid. Cook at 15 psi for 15 minutes.
4) Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes before performing a quick release to release any remaining pressure.
5) With the cooker off, stir in sour cream, parsley, and salt before serving.
