Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/8 tsp. ground celery seed
  • 6 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 9 Tb. light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 Tb. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 pork sparerib racks

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, and with your hands rub each sparerib rack generously with spice mixture.

2. Stack sparerib racks on top of one another and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate overnight.

3. Preheat grill to medium. Remove ribs from wrap and place on top of grill. Reduce heat to low, cook for 45 minutes, flip and cook for another 45 minutes.
