Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325°.
2. Start by beating the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
3. Mix in all remaining ingredients (do not over mix).
4. Pour into individual cake pans or on a 1/2 sheet pan.
5. Place in oven for 20 minutes (depends on size of pan).
6. Let cool on rack when finished baking.
