Ingredients
- Or you can make a Pre-Made spice mix:
- 1 cup coconut milk (Thai Kitchen Organic preferred)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 inch sliced piece of fresh ginger
- raw honey, to sweeten
- 3 Tbsp turmeric
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp powdered ginger
- Mix all ingredients well and add 1 tsp spice mix per 1 cup of coconut milk

In a saucepan, add all the ingredients, except honey, and whisk to combine. Meat over medium heat until it starts to bubble. Turn heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain out the ginger. Add honey and stir
