Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 cups corn
- 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes diced (golden orange cherry tomatoes used)
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper chopped (optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley
- Fresh Basil (optional)

Step 1
In a large skillet melt butter on medium heat. Add corn and cook while stirring 4 to 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes bell pepper and seasonings. Cook until tomatoes are just hot.
