- 3 . 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed in small chunks
- 4 . 1 pound Italian sausage, cooked, rinsed and drained.
- 5 . 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 . 1/4 green onion, finely chopped
- 7 . 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 8 . 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 9 . Dash of garlic salt
- 10 . 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mississippi Crack Dip
This dip is also known as hissy fit dip. Apparently, when it was first served at a tailgating party, it went so quickly that the southern bell who didn't get any through a hissy fit. Tomorrow we are having a "dip party" at work, and since someone claimed the traditional spinach artichoke dip, I decided to make something people probably hadn't had.
Ingredients:
1. 8 oz cream cheese
2. 16 oz. sour cream
3. 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed in small chunks
4. 1 pound Italian sausage, cooked, rinsed and drained.
5. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6. 1/4 green onion, finely chopped
7. 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
8. 1 teaspoon onion powder
9. Dash of garlic salt
10. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Once mixed well, transfer to baking dish and bake for 60 minutes.
Hints:
Best to serve with crackers, chips or veggies too!
