- 6 inch Piece of Baguette, split
- Shredded Gruyere
- Fresh Thyme, chopped
- Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Place the shredded cheese and chopped thyme on split baguette. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Brush lightly with olive oil. Add the sandwich and top with a press or a heavy skillet. Cook until golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
