Ingredients

  • 4 portebello mushrooms
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 T red wine vinegar or water
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • 2 crushed cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Preparation

Step 1

heat liquid ingred in a saute pan. when boils add whole mushrooms and cook until soft and fork goes through easily. add more water if necessary during cooking
