Ingredients
- 4 portebello mushrooms
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 T red wine vinegar or water
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 crushed cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Preparation
Step 1
heat liquid ingred in a saute pan. when boils add whole mushrooms and cook until soft and fork goes through easily. add more water if necessary during cooking
