Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c almond meal
- 1 c whey protein powder
- 1/2 c butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- sugar sub equal to 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 2/3 c chopped walnuts
- 1 c whole cranberries (fresh or frozen no sugar added)

Step 1
Preheat oven 375*
Cream butter & cream cheese together until fluffy. Add sweetener, cinnamon & salt; beat again. Add eggs and beat until combines. Add almond meal, protein powder, & baking soda and combine well.
Mix in berries & nuts. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet or one covered with silicone mat.
Bake 7 - 9 min until top is just browning. Cool completely before eating.
