Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c almond meal
  • 1 c whey protein powder
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • sugar sub equal to 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 2/3 c chopped walnuts
  • 1 c whole cranberries (fresh or frozen no sugar added)

Step 1

Preheat oven 375*

Cream butter & cream cheese together until fluffy. Add sweetener, cinnamon & salt; beat again. Add eggs and beat until combines. Add almond meal, protein powder, & baking soda and combine well.

Mix in berries & nuts. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet or one covered with silicone mat.

Bake 7 - 9 min until top is just browning. Cool completely before eating.
