Ingredients

• Filling:
• 1 chocolate cake mix
• 1 c. flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 c. water
• 2 Tb. salad dressing or mayonnaise
• 5 Tb. flour
• 1 c. milk
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 c. Crisco shortening
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, flour, eggs, water and salad dressing together in a large bowl. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

For Filling: Cook flour, milk and salt in a saucepan until thick. Cool. Beat shortening, powdered sugar and vanilla until til smooth. Add cooled milk mixture.and beat.

Spread filling between two cookies and wrap in foil and freeze.
