Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. spring mix or mesclun mix
- 4 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 c. shelled pistachio nuts
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries
- 4 Tb. balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tb. hazlenut oil
- 3 Tb. olive oil

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine spring mix, Gorgonzola, pistachios, and cranberries. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over salad, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
