Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
- 1 Pouch fudge brownie mix (10.25 oz.)
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 3-oz. package cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray eighteen 1 3/4 inch muffin cups with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, egg, and butter pieces, stirring with a wooden spoon until well mixted and no butter pieces remain. (Mixture should be thick like cookie dough; chill in refrigerator if necessary.)
3. Scoop 1 Tbsp. of the brownie mixture into one of the muffin cups. Gently press into bottom of the cup. Repeat to make 18 cups. Bake in preheated oven for 15min.
4. Remove pans from oven; chill about 5 minutes or unitl centers of brownie cups sink slightly.
5. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and whipping cream; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Insert a small star tip into the bottom of a pastry bag. Spoon peanut butter mixture into pastry bag and pipe onto each cooled brownie cup.
