Ingredients
- FISH BREADING:
- Panko crumbs
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- stems choppe fine from cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
BREADING:
. Dip fish in eggs. Roll in breading. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes
SAUCE:
Mix together.
Add:
. cabbage
. avocado
. diced red onion
. diced tomatoes
. lime
