Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 red apple
• 1 green apple
• white sugar 3/4 C
• brown sugar 3/4 c
• cinnamon 4 TB
• all purpose flour 5 C
• 5 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• coconut oil 1 C
• vanilla 3 TB
• 4 eggs
• walnuts 1 C chopped
• Glaze : ( optional )
• 2 TB butter
• buttermilk
• brown sugar 1/4 C
• powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

peel & dice apples
combine:
apples, cinnamon, brown sugar
in another bowl combine : flour, baking powder, soda & salt
in another bowl combine: white sugar, oil, vanilla, buttermilk & eggs
beat until smooth
fold in flour mix & nuts
spray & flour bundt
pour 1/3 flour mix into pan
pour in apple mix
pour in the rest of the flour mix

preheat oven to 350 - cook 70 min

Glaze (optional)
mix ingredients to a thick consistency
pour over cooled cake
