Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 in thickness
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 6 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Place one chicken breast down on a piece of wax paper. Place one slice of prosciutto on the chicken and cover with one slice oz cheese. Roll up the stuffed chicken breast and secure with a wooden pick. Repeat.. Season each roll with salt and pepper. Arrange the rolls in the crockpot. In a small bowl whisk together the soup, milk and white wine. Pour the sauce over the chicken rolls. Cover, cook on low 4 to 6 hrs or on high 3 to 4 hrs
