1 container plain non fat yogurt
2-3 oz pistachio instant pudding mix
1 ripe banana
¼ cup skim milk
Handful or more of crushed ice
Pina Colada

6 oz non fat coconut yogurt, frozen
½ banana, frozen
½ of a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
1 cup non fat milk
Peaches and Dreams

10 oz apple cider
3-5 peach slices
4 large strawberries
1 banana
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Apple Peach Kick
Serves 1
1 fresh peach
1/3 cup non fat milk
¼ cup frozen apple juice concentrate
Peal the peach. Cut it into thin slices. Put into plastic zipper bag, laying flat. Put the plastic bag in freezer 1-2 hours. Take out ¼ of the peaches and break into pieces. Mix in blender with 1/3 cup of milk and the apple juice concentrate. Blend until smooth. Add more peach slices for “peachy” ice cubes.
