Italian Love Cake

This is a delicious, easy cake to feed a large group of family and friends.

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 Box Fudge Marble Cake Mix
• 2 lb.s Ricotta Cheese
• 3/4 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 8 oz. Cool Whip
• 1 small box instant chocolate pudding
• 1 cup milk
• Optional: semi-sweet chocolate bar

Preparation

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 350.
Use a 13x9x2 pan
**Do not grease pan**

1. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour into pan
2. Mix together ricotta cheese, sugar and vanilla.
3. Pour mixture on top of cake batter.
4. Bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hour or until tester comes out clean.

Topping:
Mix pudding and milk at medium speed. Add cool whip and beat on high until creamy. Spread on top if cool cake.
Optional: shave chocolate bar and sprinkle on top of cool whip topping.
