Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh, peeled, sliced peaches (or canned)
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1/3 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • Garnish: Mint leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Combine peaches, cream, almond extract, and ice cream in a blender. Blend at high speed for 1 minute.

Pour into a pitcher and stir in the cold milk.

Serve in frosted, sugar-rimmed glasses, and top each with a mint leaf.
