Ingredients
- 5 Large Portabellas, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3 Tbsp. butter/EVOO
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. mustard (yellow)
- 4 Garlic cloves, sliced thin
- 1 cup of Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Sprinkle of Tarragon
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, garlic, mushrooms in butter until tender. Add wine, broth, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard & tarragon. Simmer until liquid reduces to half. Add sour cream and continue cooking until warm. Salt & pepper to taste. Can thicken with corn starch. Serve over noodles.
