Cheesy Avocado Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil--delete not needed
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles, drained---?
- 8 (8-inch) Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for burritos
- 2 avocados, peeled, halved, seeded and sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook ground beef until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and green chilies add beef broth or water to moisten simmer until absorbed; set aside.
Top tortilla with ground beef mixture, avocado and mozzarella, and then top with another tortilla. Repeat with remaining tortillas to make 4 quesadillas.
Place quesadillas onto the prepared baking sheet. Spray with Spray with olive oil or Pam spray. Place into oven and bake until the cheese has melted, about 8-10 minutes. You can also cook on top of the stove in a skillet flipping to brown both sides
Serve with:
1 (16-ounce) can Old El Paso™ refried beans, heated
