Ingredients
- 10 lb spareribs, cut into serving pieces
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
- 3 tsp vegetable oil
- 4 onions, sliced
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp celery seed

Preparation
Step 1
Season ribs with salt, pepper and paprika.
Heat pressure cooker, add oil and brown ribs. Add onions.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Close cover securely. Cook 15 minutes at 15psi.
Let pressure drop naturally.
